Panasonic Lumix DMC-LX1 review

The construction and handling are superb. Important functions, like exposure compensation, ISO, picture format and size, white balance can be changed easily. The 16:9 picture format is awesome. The colours and sharpness are also great, but the pictures are noisy above ISO 200, however the image stabilization system helps to keep the sensitivity bellow 200.

Problems:

- unusable at ISO 400 (very noisy)
- noisy at longer exposure time (bellow 1/10 sec), but RAW processing and noise reduction, like Noise Ninja can improve the picture quality
- little bit expensive
