Pentax *ist DL review
Having used Pentax SLR (35 mm film) cameras for 26 years, I recently bought the *ist DL. The main reason for choosing the Pentax is that I already posses a range of Pentax lenses.
First let me say I'm very impressed although I found the controls a little difficult to come to terms with quickly.
Using the old FA lenses, I find that to obtain optimum results, particularly with the telephotos, I need to increase the exposure by a whole stop.
Using the built in flash, again I find I have to compensate by + 1/2 step for acceptable results.
