Sigma SD14 review

In short, the SD14 is much better than the SD10.

The SD14 has a quiet shutter that sounds great, which was a major issue with the
SD10, when taking photos in a large echoing room like a church. It has a smaller
metal body that feels "just right" in your hand, and uses rechargeable batteries. It
also has a manual pop-up flash that only pops up when you want it to, and the
controls for changing through the five focus points, exposure, flash exposure, AEL,
ISO, and WB, are all very well laid out and easy to access.

For the few times I've used burst mode, it clears out fairly quickly on a SanDisk Ultra
II card. As far as focusing goes, I find that it is faster and doesn't seem to "hunt" like
the SD10 did. The image quality is great, and I have noticed that the noise at higher
ISO has greatly improved. Overall, this is a great camera, and I have experienced
no problems with it.

Problems:

None.
