Fujifilm FinePix F31fd review

I've owned this little gem for about 7 or 8 months now and simply put, there isn't a better P&S out there in this price range (or even higher price ranges for that matter). Sensor is OUTSTANDING! Intelligent flash performs flawlessly. ISO800 Auto is excellent, a great improvement from the F30. And for the Facial Recognition; I thought this was going to be gimmicky, but it too is fantastic. Faces are perfectly exposed.
Battery: I went on vacation for a week and didn't bring a wall charger with me! lasted all week and I don't think it lost one bar!!!
My only guess is that this camera was discontinued maybe because the bean counters over at FUJI felt the cost per unit to manufacture was too high (think this incredible sensor and battery) and was replaced by the F50.

I say the same thing to all friends and family: It's hard to take a bad picture with this camera.

I've shown this camera to friends and family, and two immediately went out and bought one after seeing results.

My only wishes are that it came in black, and that it had a viewfinder.
