Olympus E-3 review

Iincredible value for the money: big bright 100% viewfinder, pro level chassis, parts, fit, finish making it as rugged and as or more weatherproof than Nikon and Canon's $5k+ flagships. and overall performance. Plus the best dustbuster and most useful (swiveling!) LCD in the industry. AF and IQ are superb and Noise and DR are very good, too. The highly customizable user interface does take a while to learn and to set up effectively, so a real field try, for at least a few days is needed to fully appreciate this camera.

Problems:

The buttons could be bigger for gloved -20C shooting (the "sticky button" feature really helps, here!), the IO latch is not quite up to the rest of the camera. Seems a bit heavy, at first, but balances extremely well. Grip is not as sexy as the E-1's but is fairly-l-priced and fits the hand really well.
