Panasonic Lumix DMC-FX100 review
I have been own different of digital cameras since year
2002. I stepped to DSLR at 2006. I saw ad from local
camera shop, Panasonic FX100, 99 euro only!
Well, 12 mpix and great wideangle also. But I know
before purchasing, that Panasonic cameras are sensible
to noise. So outdoor is only option for this camera.
Indoor results are much worse. Flash is weakest what I
know: at ISO 80 coverage: wide: 1,6 metres, tele 0.8
At outdoors results are better, but noise is still visible
even at ISO 80. Dynamic range is very limited;
shadows are dim and highlights are usually burned out.
But, I paid 99 euro for this very slim camera, 12
megapixels and wideangle. Good for travel, but
beware dim light!
-Noise is visible at ISO 80
-Corners are soft at wide angle.
-Dynamic range is very limited
-Flash is very weak
