Canon PowerShot SX10 IS review

This camera is by no mean small.
It is as big as the oly420
But I like the camera, the emporte thing for me was the hotshoe,so I am able to shoot with the external flash 430EXII
This is an big flash,So I am glad the camera support this flash verry good.

Its shoot almost like an Dslr, and when you go out,it feel like an dslr. However picture qalitie while it is good,is by no mean Dslr qalitie.

But then I was thinking how muts cost an 100-400MM lens.
While I use the tamron 70-300 Mm the picture I shoot need atleast Iso 200 Iso 400.
This camera can shoot at Iso 100 with this good stabilization, however in good or fair light,
At low light it is as horible like any other small camera.

Iso is exelent below Or untill Iso 200
After thad you compromy your pictures.
It sound meaby hard.
But this is actual an good camera.
One of the better high zoom camera's.
While I also have the panasonic FZ18 with is abit old right now, picture qalitie is actual alot better from the SX10
The problem with panasonic,is thad even at Iso 80-100
the noise compression is so high,it compromy your pictures at base Iso.
Also the colors from the SX10 is more to my liking.
The lens is verry good, but I am not sure why panasonic can remove CA in there camera's,and canon cannot.
This is abit wierd to me.
Overall this camera do verry wel in decent light.
Good LCD Screen and good LVF.
Actual it is big compared to the S3 Is
Zoom is Exelent,small steps.

Ca is vissible at all focal lengts.
External flash is an must to have, the onboard flash is to slow to recover.

Zoom slowest mode still to fast.
