This is the camera I ever wanted. I had previously d40 and pentax is a step above. I only want to say one thing and that is to all who complain about higher noise than Canon and Nikon.
Well that is not true at all!!!
first Pentax does lower noise reduction while Nikon and Canon do higher noise reduction. Result is that Nikon and Canon look less noiser but pictures are less sharp!!!
Second and the most important to all who like imagining resource comparator is that you have to check shutter speed in exif of the jpg.
I did test at ISO1600 and results is that nikon d40 pick up 1 second shutter speed while pentax picked up 1/4s. So of course that you'll seee higher noise in Pentax.
make shutter speed of Pentax to be 1sec and it blows Nikon D40
So high ISO images are wrong in yhe way many review sites are doing tests
