Olympus D-560 Zoom (C-350 Zoom) review

Image quality is good for a 3.2MP camera (as long as you have fresh batteries or a AC adapter). I bought it as a open box model. Came with the manual, CD, wrist strap, 16MB XD-Card, and 2 AA arkaline batteries. Bought it for US $280 in 2003. I presumed Olympus company made this camera well since I had many other camera from them such as PEN-F, other SLRs and Point and Shoot. However, this camera was a dud. I would not reccommend this camera, even if you recieve it for free, since it will just be dead weight (Read Problems).

Problems:

-Batteries run out only after 5~6 shots. Its renders this camera practically useless since it cannot last longer than a couple hours even when turned off.

-The lens barrel wiggles around, and the lens barrier does not move smooth. THe Lens barrier also makes the camera take a long time to turn on.

-Time, Date, frame number and all presets get reset after changing batteries. Even if the batteries are changed within a matter of seconds.

- Movies are limited to 15 seconds with no sound.
