So far, pretty darn good

I have all three lenses, the 18 is "good" but comparatively furry at the corners compared to the center at any aperture( my canon 28 on FF is no better, nor is the 24- 105 L- kit zoom either), the 35 mm is outstanding - I cannot fault it and the macro is extremely sharp as well - an excellent lens.

The ergonomics are quite good and the camera handles well and is nicely balanced , the controls are positive and not too easily dislodged from where you have set them - vastly improved over the x100. I have a tendency to get the wrong control from time to time but my skill at this will improve as I use it.

Autofocus is generally speedy and much faster than a manual camera. AF performance degrades as the illumination falls or in very low contrast situations. There are workarounds that make things easier if you set up the camera with this in mind . Focusing the camera requires choosing the right method for the scene and the illumination you are shooting in, zone focusing is easy to do. I find the focusing entirely useable for most things, although the macro gets difficult to use in low light, with enough illumination it works very well.

Most adjustments for file size iso etc can be accessed through the quickmenu which I never used on the x100. I now like it and use it . . . Metal lens hoods are very much appreciated after the non inclusion of a hood in the x100 - and they make your pictures better.....

Multiple viewfinder options is wonderful, choose the one that works best for the situation. Camera is very quiet, not between the lens shutter quiet but far more discreet than a dslr and as a bonus it is pretty easy to hold steady because there is no mirror flipping up and down.

Files are excellent , but really have not seen much in the way of well processed RAW files that highlight the capabilities promised by the JPG output , I certainly have not been able to get satisfactory results with the bundled software.

A pleasure to handle and use, responsive and flexible in a wide variety of circumstances. In some ways I think it will be my tool of choice for tool for reasonably discreet high quality image making in social situations .

Problems:

Custom options are too limited in parameters that be pre-set.. Buffer a bit small. Drive button is clumsy to hit (I use the 6 fps rapid drive a lot) Short battery life and expensive batteries. No diopter adjustment - which if you need it is really a nuisance.Camera gets confused sometimes - making chimping on the back a bit frustrating. EVF can be a bit funky in terms of colour and is not to be trusted . . . Shutter release is improved with a taller actuator, or a soft release button. The lens caps are poorly designed and fall off easily. No flash.

The RAW processor sold with the camera is terrible, poorly documented, very difficult to use and slow. I have not gotten more than a few acceptable files with it.
