A great little camera
I originally bought this camera for its slow motion video capabilities but I soon found how good the stills are. The picture quality is so much better than the Canon Ixus, several of which I've tried and which are much the same size. The build is very solid too.
Videos quality is amazing from such a small camera but it is advisable to fix the white balance manually or it might suddenly change while filming, which is a bit disconcerting. I haven't found autofocus in videos to be a problem as long as you don't move too fast from near to far subjects. If you need to do this it is probably best to take the scene in two shots so that the camera gets a chance to refocus. This is common with most small cameras.
I have bought a battery charger very cheaply on eBay so that I can have a spare battery handy and don't have to charge it in the camera.
Problems:
Scenes in very low light without flash tend to be a bit fuzzy. Nothing major that doesn't apply to most compact cameras.
