Recommend me a good tele zoom legacy lens?

I've taken delivery of a Minolta MD prime lens today and I have an adapter to allow it to fix to my GX1. The results are good. Obviously there's no AF and aperture etc. all have to be set manually, but I kind of enjoy doing that.

Now I'm looking for a good zoom lens.

I have a couple of zoomable MFT lenses, the kit 14-42 lens and a 45-200 lens but neither zoom particularly that far. I want something to zoom right in to wildlife from a distance if possible, while still doing it on the cheap. As such I think legacy over MFT may be the way forward.

Can anyone recommend a decent zoom lens to achieve this, preferably that will work with my existing Minolta MD adapter.
