As I said in my post above, well done. However, if you have a lesser lens that will work on both systems, for example, a 28-135 / 3.5-5.6 IS, could you reshoot the comparison?

Even with 24-105L/4.0 IS (or against comparable EF-S 17-55/2.8 IS or EF-S 15-85/3.5-5.6 IS) you will see the difference noticeably. I also suggested OP multiple times, and I also will do such tests with both 24-70L II and 24-105L, Sigma 17-50/2.8 OS in this weekend (hope weather permits).

The reason I ask, is because I was challenged below:

http://forums.dpreview.com/forums/post/51036509

to see a situation where the 5Dc would outresolve the 60D, and I'm thinking a significantly less sharp lens, like the 28-135 / 3.5-5.6 IS, just might be soft enough to demonstrate exactly that.

DXOMark shows 5Dc outresolves 60D/7D with most lenses except very few best of best lenses. with 24-70L II it shows 5Dc still lead by 1 P-MPix that in statistic error range, so I believe it's tired as with 100L. As I suggested such tests should be viewed at the same output size.

It also should be tested under low light and under shadow (still at ISO 100 but on tripod) for an overall fair comparison.
