Hi Graham,

Good point, I hadn't considered the MBA. Certainly plenty for LightRoom for instance. Photoshop CS6 makes use of GPU for filters and such.

I ordered a MBPr 15" 2.7/16/512 two days ago, seizing a special offer. It has 4 cores i7 as opposed to 2 for the MBA, and the screen size of course is more convenient. I'll report my first impressions (and cross fingers no disappointments) in a few days!

btw, congrats for your post on previsualisation!
