I have only used the Pany 100-300mm on my OMD and am quite happy with it, but if taking photos in a forrest, as you suggest, the issue will be lens speed for all 3 lenses you note.

I used the Oly 4/3 70-300mm on my E510 & E620 and it was also a good lens, but bigger, heavier than the Pany, so a no-brainer to use the Pany lens in preference on the OMD.

I have no experience with the Oly mft 75-300mm, but if you are using it just on an OMD, not on any Pany mft cameras, which lack the 5 axis stabilisation, then maybe it might be the best choice, because it should be lighter than the Pany 100-300mm (no built-in lens stabilisation) and with a slightly wider focal length range.
