Yeah, it's unavoidable in a lot of cases, but richarddd gives good advice. Especially about trying to only get one plane distorted at a time, for example when taking a picture of the end wall or the ceiling, try to be straight in front of it. In some cases, I've stitched together "vertical panoramas" in cases where I don't have enough of a wide angle to get both centre and the top of the subject.
