I'm in the same boat, which is why I've been able to offer "intro to film" and B/W developing lessons, too. I think that's really what set me apart from the other guys in town at first. Have you thought about teaching? There's a huge niche for amateurs who want to shoot grainy black-and-white film, but have no idea how to deal with the exposed negatives. It might be different in the States, but up here if you don't develop it yourself, you have to send it to one of two processing houses in the country and wait two months for them to get around to it and mail it back to you. There's a lot of opportunity for those of us who still know how to push an ASA.
