I also own both and in my case they are closer to each other at 150mm and F8 at that distance, would be harder to distinguish.

Pana 45-200mm degrades more with long focus distances, and at longest FL and infinity I found F10 aperture is the best, despite of diffraction. Still, it gives more reach at 200mm.
There is also sample variation with these lenses, so YMMV.

BTW, from my copies I can tell that Olympus is clearly better when shorter than 90-100mm, this is also important.
