Sony is expected to announce a premium normal zoom (could be 18-55) within a few months, and I suspect it will be along those lines. However, the only zoom lenses I can see considering for self are Sony 10-18 f/4 OSS (tiny and light) and 16-50 PZ for its small form, for casual photography.

I would much rather have Sony 35mm f/1.8 OSS (better for low light)  and the new 20mm f/2.8 pancake in my pocket if I need to go wider. Chances are, these two lenses can be had for the same price as the Fuji 18-55/2.8-4, while offering additional speed (especially at 35mm).
