I doubt it. There are physical constraints that limit how small a photosite can become. Visible light wavelength is about 500nm. You need several wavelengths to facilitate photon absorption. Current Quantum Efficiency (QE) is about 50%, that is every other photon goes through a photosite without  knocking out an electron. Making photosite smaller could reduce QE. Possibly one can get 200MP in FX sized sensor but I would not count on it becoming consumer grade technology.
