I had both 85 f1.8 and 100f2, less CA with 100 f2

Instead of reading endless debates, I ends up buying both 85mm f/1.8 and 100mm f/2.  It is true that 100mm f/2 is less prone to CA.  While I prefer using 85mm focal length for portraits, I discover this lens isn't usable in DAYLIGHT, I get massive bokeh fringing that I cannot completely removed from photoshop.

I found 100mm a tad TIGHT for protraits, but it is usable in daylight with reasonable amount of CA.  Ultimately the best lens is Canon 135mm f/2 L, that lens control CA very well.  But 100mm f2 is a good affordable options without costing an arm & a leg.

I kept the 100mm f2 and sold the 85mm f/1.8.
