You could do some things to reduce visible moire in post, but it is not the same as an AA filter in front of the lens.

In terms of image capture, the best way to reduce moire is to slightly blur the image before capturing it in the sensor, then sharpen to compensate. That prevents the effect from occurring in the first place.

Does the 7100 truly have NO AA filter? I would think that would make for horrible moire and "jaggies" in some situations.
