I have used Xe1 and Nikon D800E at 30 seconds ISO6400 long exposure noise reduction on.

The Nikon is clearly a brighter image but both have similar noise levels. I think XE1 would have to be around ISO12800 to match the D800E at ISO6400 at a guess.

XE1 though if you look at DPreview widget has the lowest high ISO noise and performance of the various competing mirrorless. Nex is close (its the same sensor after all, just a different colour filter array).
