As was said: 1. jardin des tuilleries. Yes, go there. Even in rain. Lots of shots.

2. Jardin de Luexumborg. Lots of good stuff to shoot.

3. Over and above Notre Dame, I suggest St. Chappelle right next door. The stained glass is, uh, heavenly.

4. If you can get out to Basillica of St. Denis (out by the stadium), I highly suggest that. Amazing place with tombs and crypts and amazingness!

5. There's nothing wrong with taking a river cruise. you'll get shots of the eiffel tower lit up. You'll have to use high iso.

6. Yes, take the tripod. You can't use it everywhere, but simply put, in Paris, you can do no wrong. DO NOT WORRY about 'missing' anything. You can do no wrong.

7. Take a macro of close-shooter. The cookies and baked goods make great subjects. (maybe not at the table, but store windows are great...

damn i'm jealous again.

8. Oh, and when the rain does break, get out and shoot some gutter reflections. no joke!

This an amazing selection of places, thank you so much for your info.

I was checking in the internet St. Chappelle and looks beautiful.

Thank you again.
