Absolutely. Camera with higher resolution will give you higher resolution pictures, with your lenses, than the low resolution camera. It can never give worse, never.

The lack of low pass however will definitely boost resolved detail

What it'll do is give ugly aliasing, which some perceive as "better sharpness".
