My recommendation is to try the process of placing a piece of paper towel that has been cut in half and folded twice.  Add Windex w/ammonia to the pad to saturate it and then put the pad on the foam track under the print head path.  Move the print head over the pad and let it sit for about an hour.  If doing this procedure 2 or 3 times doesn't work then you will need to go to inkrepublic.com and get their iRemove cleaning kit.

I have tried this system and it works well with a really clogged print head nozzle.
