Aside from lens compatibility they are totally different beasts ergonomicly...

I love the feel and look of the EM5 over the GH3 I would like some of the wi-fi technology of the GH3 on my EM5 but couldn't give up the slightly svelte shape, and inconspicuous nature of the design.  Often mistake for a film  body or a less serious camera and leaves folks at ease when I am using it.  That being said the menus on the Panasonics always seem simpler from my recollection with my older GH1 and GF1 but after a day or so the Oly becomes second nature.  The ability to invert the LCD screen for protection was appreciated but the further articulations I haven't missed nearly as much as I thought I would.

i think it all comes down to handling and individual preference if you are starting from scratch, if you have a few lens w/o IS then the Oly IBIS is amazing and a big consideration in making shaky photogs seem calm and collected.

Gotta get out and try each both seem to be great strides forward from respective companies, and worthy a competition to drive the m4/3 technology forward.
