I believe the two programs can be linked, but as previously said, they are individual programs, not plug-ins.

In DPP select the images then use Batch Process to transfer the images to the selected program, which would be Lightroom.

In Lightroom set up the Preferences so that the axillary external program for editing images is DPP.  (Photoshop is the default.)
