The "Top Rated" label is of course meaningless BS given out to practically any high-volume seller, but the 99.9% feedback is quite impressive, especially for a Hong Kong seller. 99.7% is considered good for US sellers, while 99.5% is considered good for Hong Kong sellers (standards ought to be lower here because naturally, there will be buyers who complain about not receiving their items after 1 month when it's the Post Office's fault). Given this feedback rating, I highly doubt that they are selling fake merchandise. If they sold fake stuff I'd imagine they would have far more negs by now.

Could you post some pictures of the lettering on the filters?
