NEC monitor for graphics....

Is this a good monitor for graphics?
Though it's a large screen, it's a TN screen - it won't be good for graphics. Poor angle of view and thousands - not millions - of colors. The way to tell and 8bit screen (millions) from a 6 bit screen (thousands ) is the specs for the former will say 16.7 million colors - the latter will fudge. TN no go.
With NEC If the monitors can accept spectraviu they are the pro graphics level.
On the nec refurb site I see this
It's smaller but will have a much better screen. If you can spring for the spectraview and maybe a used optix xr ( or budget allowing - the new I1 - eye one)- you'll be doing very well. I'd also check amazon for refurbed professional NECs - you might find them cheaper and they all come from the same warehouse (don't ask how I know). The best NECs are really the best.
