Ellis, how would you find the difference between a light tent and a cacoon?

It seems that the cacoon has a more limited space wise (hard to hang, impossible to use gobo inside) unlike a light tent,

is there any benefits to the cacoon that i am not aware of?

(p.s i'm planing to photograph glasses as well)
