So you have the two telephoto zooms for - Birding/wildlife(with tripod), Macro(with convertor), People photos(40mm end of the 40-150).

What you need now is a lens that can do scenic shots with a relatively fast aperture.

I would take just the 14mm 2.5 in addition to the two zooms.

The sigma primes are good lenses by all account but to my mind they are well-suited to shots around town and shots of the family. You don't really need either of them for this trip imo.
