What F-stop are you using?

The problem discussed in this thread is due to the aperture motor interfering with IS.  There is no blur when shooting at the max aperture of F4.  Anything else, the aperture motor has to close down the diaphragm and cause motion blur.

I asked you earlier what F stop you were using, and you replied F4.  If your problem happens at F4, then it is a different problem.
