Totally agree with Micksh6.

I own an E-P3 and have have played with an E-M5 on a couple of occasions alongside it.

The AF speed is identical as far as I can tell.

The 14-42 MkII zoom is a very good perfomer,(as is the 40-150 kit tele-zoom) while it may not have the most robust build due to the collapsible design compared to a prime or more expensive zoom.

However if you have the extra money, the E-M5 has WR build which can be a real advantage in rainy or dusty conditions (so long as you have a WR lens mounted). For me that is only reason I'd want to change up as I'm still happy with the E-P3's performance optically and operationally.
