Need some exposure compensation...

Your pictures are all underexposed (unless captured at early or late hours of the day) because you didn't adjust your meter for the scene lighting. You may want to try using a neutral gray card or just do a few test exposures next time to compensate for the predominance of white in the scenes. Snow typically isn't grey unless it has been plowed to the side of a road and has dirty materials mixed in with it or the scene is very early morn or later in the evening or night.
