Birds etc at the shore at low tide - Pana G5, 100-300mm lens

Had a lovely walk today to the seashore at Cleveland, which is a suburb of Brisbane, Australia. (Not that other USA Cleveland. )

All photos with my G5, 100-300mm lens.

A couple of BIFs to start with...

flying tern, Panasonic G5, 100-300mm lens, cropped a lot.

Flying seagull

The tide is out - lots of critters moving around in the shallow water.

Doggies big and small running around where they normally swim. These two are waiting for their ball... but it's already behind the larger dog's feet!

No idea how this huge ferry got in as far as it did at such low tide, must have a channel dug out for it?

Back to the shore now. This is a Willie Wagtail - lots of them were around, hunting for insects.

Willie Wagtail posing on a branch, not wagging his tail though

Fig-bird enjoying fig fruits

And another bird, or two! This tree is a bird restaurant.

Crested Pigeon nesting in a seaside tree.

And some unexpected European bees in a hive in one of the coastal trees! (Definitely not native bees.)
