Re: FZ28 for Disney World?

Take it!  I used my FZ28 on several cruises and it did wonderfully well.  IQ is good to ISO 800 if you set it to program and set the internal parameters to NR -2, and sharpening to +1.  I also fine tuned the Auto WB to +2 amber to warm it slightly.  Image quality was every bit as good as the G7 I had on those trips.

The FZ28 lens covers 27-486 mm f/2.8-4.4; but at 420 mm, it's still only f/3.7; so the lens is quite fast and at ISO 400 does very well in low light.  The FZ150 is f/4 at 300 mm.

I have the FZ150 and FZ200 now, and like them a lot.  They offer some advantages over the FZ28; but they are not all that much better than the FZ28.
