What to do?

Just been given £2000 as a gift from an Uncle. £500 of this has been put aside towards updating my rather old ( 9 years ) computer.
My current cameras are
400D with 18-55 IS and 55-250 IS lenses. This is my go anywhere system.
40D with 50 1.4, 85 1.8, 15-85 IS and 300 IS F4L.
I do like the motorbikes and I'm off to the Isle of Man TT again this year in May-June.
Note, I only purchased the 55-250 IS lens about 8 months ago and have never used it to shoot motorbikes, but my guess is that it maybe a bit on the slow side in the AF department.
Now the dilemma. What to spend it on.
Do I go for the

7D, best price approx £700, or
70-200 F2.8 IS II for around £1450, or
Wait till mid May to see if 7D MKII gets to market first before deciding on the above. Then only if the 7D MKII is suitable and affordable, get the MKII.
