Do you mean in a Bayer CFA sensor ... or this new Panasonic sensor?

In a Bayer CFA sensor you dont. The four samples are taken at different positions and cannot therefore simply be combined.

I am not sure how this new sensor looks from the front. But I assume its a CFA type sensor. In that case ... its the same situation as for Bayer CFA.
