That is fine but remember, with house brands the name can always stay the same but the maker of the product can always change. And the maker, whose name you do not know, can discontinue support at any time and that can leave you with a product that may no longer be repairable.

A friend in another industry calls such products "mystery meat". That's why, although I prefer American gear, when I do by Asian, I go for Benro, Velbon, or Hakuba, brands who sell their own stuff, instead of the mystery meat brands like Mantona, Feisol, or Giottos.

Feisol and Giotto are factorys that produce tripods and heads.

Believe what you want to believe. I've seen enough really strange posts from you to try to educate you any further.

You have such strong advocacy of certain brands that I have to wonder, are you somehow affiliated with Giottos?

Ehmmm  .. this looks like a factory.... to me at least
