Too easy to activate menus and options while shooting...

Even my Nikon D200. I was always bumping the switch on the front of that camera that switches between S-AF, C-AF, and MF. Can't tell you how many times I took it out of the bag to get a shot, only to find it wouldn't autofocus.

On the GF1 I would bump the drive mode switch and accidentally activate the timer or bracketing.

On the E-M5 it is more of a minor annoyance. I will sometimes tap a setting on the touch screen, but it rarely results in a settings change. I just half press the shutter to exit. If I have touch to focus enabled I will often accidentally select a focus point, but that's easy to correct.
