For a starter I would start with a Canon, Nikon, Minolta or Pentax 50mm 1.4 or maybe Olympus as well, depending what you can get for 50 Euro or less. Stopped down to 2 or 2.8 and avoiding strong light falling into the front lens those can give pretty nice results for real cheap. Going for 50mm 1.7 or 1.8 from those brands would usually result in a less heavy and cheaper solution but you have eventually to stop down a little bit more.
