Did firmware updates solve various short comings of the X Pro1?

It is getting more "finalized" but they try to fix mostly the AF - and somehow succeeded vs the first fw.

I think they keep fixing those other bugs for xpro2 so they can have some bullet points why we all should buy it. They are in the   business of selling and they want to have repeat sell no longer than 1-2 years apart.
