The controls are pathetic.  You have to go through the screen each time to change anything like aperture, speed, iso, compensation, focus type, blah blah - all of those controls that are 'top level' for  most DSLR's.

On the other hand, I do understand that it's nearly impossible to place a bevy of finger buttons & knobs on such a tiny camera; on the other hand, I do not think it's a problem without a creative solution. Sony approached it on their Nex7 (and failed) but I think there must be a way to do it.

For the time being, I have 4 different saved "My Settings" that allow me to jump between the four main types of photography that I do.
