First lightly brush the lens with a soft camel hair brush then a breath to fog the lens, then very carefully wipe it in small circles with an old, soft, multi washed, cotton tea towel. If that doesn't do it some liquid lens cleaner should do the job again carefully wiping it dry with a proper lens cloth or the tea towel.  Any lens cleaner should be used very sparingly.
