Other lenses will render differently, especially older lenses that were coated with very different materials.

You can compensate for the color shift in post. Some lenses are easy to compensate for, others require more complex tone curves to render alike.

I can't see why the auto white balance wouldn't compensate for the slight color shift caused by the lens coating. I think more likely, the lens profile (that's not present for the Konica) has something to do with it.
