P&S w/ GPS
This coming spring and summer I am going to work part time doing damage prevention and assessment in agriculture (mainly crops). In order to have verifiable records of damage done to crops I need to cary with me a camera that is at least dust&water resitant and gives absolutely reliable gps data w/ every picture taken.
Image quality is somewhat of a deal braker as (printed) records of damages may need to be used in administrative and/or legal procedures.
I have looked at the Ricoh but at €700 plus GPS unit that does not realy calculate well into my billable hours (the results of this year will determine whether or not I can get a contract for 5 years next year) The pricetag makes it fall into the category "investment" and it needs to be written off, no shorter than 3 years, below €400 the outlay may be passed off as cost and can be written off in one go.
I would appreciate suggestions as to what P&s camera to use.
