Yes I did notice you ran again through Photoshop and I will try that when I get a chance.  I decided to give blending a try first.  I took three of the same shot on a tripod, did some noise reduction and sharpness and then used 'LR Enfuse' to blend them.  Then I imported that result back into LR and did a little more sharpening.  For 6400 ISO I'm happy with the result.  The small lettering at the bottom of the bottle is legible in this shot.  In the JPG straight from the camera the lettering is so smudged it's not legible.

The bottle in the photo might be the cause of the sharpness issue.  I've noticed that all my pictures start to look blurry when I drink to much of it.
