Would allow me to customise the mode dial so that I could have as PASM instead of 3 modes I dont see myself ever using and still shot. There is already a record button for video. Not that I ever use it.
If they could have an option that would allow you to witch from advanced to beginner and therefor the alter functionality of the mode dial, I would be a very happy man. I saw from a quick google search that people have unlocked the firmware, but it doesnt look like there is a community that is actively modding it.
Wishful thinking.
