D600 + 28mm 1.8G Back Focus

I bought my D600 in December and it perform great with my 14-24mm f2.8, 24-70mm f2.8, 70-200mm f2.8, 300mm f4 and 50mm 1.4D.

Yesterday I bought a 28mm 1.8G after reading a great review about the lens.

The lens shows a severe back focus in all the pictures, I did a lens fine tuning using a printed chart and looks like it require a -17 adjustment.

I test the same lens in my D700 and the lens perform fantastic, sharp pictures in all the apertures.

I know the problem would be my D600 but why the camera is focusing right with the other lens and have problems with the 28mm???

I did a test a few weeks ago and I notice something similar also with the 50mm 1.4D, only 5% of my pictures were sharp.

Should I send the camera to Nikon for calibration even it is working fine with my other lens?

Some pictures to show the back focusing problem even after the fine tuning.

Before the lens fine tuning

-17 Fine Tuning

Cropped picture, notice the back focus

Any advise will be very appreciated.
